We will not begin a transcript evaluation until you have submitted transcripts from each school attended.

Please note:

All transcripts uploaded must be complete in order to be used for the transcript evaluation. Any transcripts submitted via this form are considered unofficial and will only be used for the evaluation and not for any applications.
Proof of enrollment / current schedule requirements:
Must show the student's name, institution name, course number, course name, start/end dates for term, and credit hours.
Transcripts from ALL schools attended must be submitted before an evaluation is completed. If you have attended more than 6 schools, please email your remaining unofficial transcripts to applynursing@ttuhsc.edu.
If you are considering applying, we will need official transcripts sent in through the below process for ALL institutions attended.
